Why & how do I have to pay for the delivery fee?
The small delivery fee contributes topostage, packaging & labor charges incurred by sending out the products to you. We are sure you would understand that by sending out these free products do comes with some costs.
Fr3b.com presently accepts POSB/DBS ibanking. This is done as we realize that this service would bring more convenience to you. To serve you better, we will be working on other payment gateways.




Why is there no other payment gateway like enets/paypal/credit cards?
As much as we like to provide you with more payment gateways, we realised that implementing the above mentioned payment gateway will incur more cost to you. Therefore we felt that it is not worthwhile as the delivery fee is only a minimal amount. Thus we are still working on other alternative gateways to serve you better.

Why must I make my payment immediately as soon as I check out?
The samples provided by the various companies at limited thus it works on a first come first serve basis. To ensure that you will be able to get your desired samples we encourage you to make your payment immediately.

Delivery charge?
The small delivery fee contributes to normal postage, packaging, material & labor charges incurred by mailing out the free products/samples/vouchers to you. Delivery charge ranges from $0.80 to $ 4.08. This applies to Fr3b pack weighing from 1g to 500g. The delivery charge varies according to the weight,postage and material cost.

Who will deliver the Fr3b pack to me?
Singpost will be handling the mailing of the Fr3b pack.

Can I opt for registered postage?
Yes you can, however you are will need to top up the necessary cost involved. Additional S$2.50 on top of the normal postage cost.

How do I know that Fr3b have received my payment for the delivery fee?
Upon confirmation of payment, Fr3b will get back to you in 48 hours via email confirmation.

How long will I take to receive my products?
We will taking 1-2 working days to send out your samples. It will usually take 2-7 working days to reach you.

How many products can I order?
This depends on the number of points you had accumulated. As long as you are actively participating in Fr3b.com we are sure you will be able to order more products to try.

What do I do if I don't receive my products after 10 working days?
We work with Singpost which has an excellent record of delivering mail to the right address on time. However there will be instances where the mail does not reach you. Thus do drop us an email helpdesk@fr3b.com and we will investigate the matter and get back to you. Please do include your username in the email.

Can I track my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service at present.
After we received your payment, we will send you an email and we guarantee that we will handle your order in 48 hours.

Where can you ship my products to?
At the moment, all products can only be shipped to a Singapore address.

Where do the products come from and why is it FREE?
Companies provide us their product and we make them available to you. It is because they believe that once you try using their service or product you would be able to experience how good they are and will want to use them again. They would also like to know what you think after trying out their product/services, so by providing reviews you will be helping these companies to understand you better. Thus these companies are able to develop better products/services in future that are able to satisfy your needs.

Can I request for more products?
1 unique product is entitled to one user only.

How often should I provide a review / do a survey?
After you had tried a product/service, you can start reviewing or submit a survey. By doing this, you will be entitled to some points so that you are able to get more samples.

How do I earn more points to get more products?
By doing reviews / surveys.

How can I cancel my orders after I have made a checkout?
If you do not inform us about your payment within 15 mins after your checkout, the items that you have checked out with will be automatically deleted.

This set of information will also be shown to you again when you do a successful checkout.

Why do I need to fill in my personal information?
Your name, address is used only to facilitate the delivery unless your prior consent is given without your consent, all information will never be sold, given, rented, traded to others for purposes other than product order fulfillment. Fr3b is dedicated to protect your privacy.

What is the difference between normal postage and registered postage?
SingPost Local Standard Postage(Normal Postage): Normal postage mails cannot be tracked. In the event of lost mail, it cannot be claimed or refunded. Fr3b.com & Singpost will NOT be liable for lost mail via normal postage. Selected samples in the fr3b pack will NOT be resend to the addressee. Delivery fee are non-refundable as the delivery fee had already been used to send out the Fr3b pack. Fr3b crew will assist to report lost mail to Singpost & wait for Singpost personnel to revert before we can revert back to you.

SingPost Local Registered Mail Postage: Registered mail will ensure the delivery of your Fr3b pack as upon receiving the Fr3b pack you are required to sign the acknowledgement slip. Registered mail will be given an unique article number for tracking purposes. You can log on to www.singpost.com.sg to track for your registered mail. Registered postage mails require an additonal cost of $2.50(Inclu. of additional $0.26 for covering travelling cost) on top of the normal postage stamp cost. Thus if your registered mail is lost, your mail can be traced.

Fr3b.com will not be liable for any damage to of your Fr3b pack during the delivery process (Singpost)as it is fully handled by Singpost.
